VINCENT PARK EXHIBITION COURT HIRE

To assist you in planning and setting up your event or promotion, please note the following house rules:

Representatives from your organisation must be clearly identifiable presentably dressed;

Tables must be covered with some form of cloth ensuring that the table legs are hidden;




Screens of displays that are in use may not exceed 1,5m in height unless prior arrangements have been made and height measurements have been submitted;

It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to setup and take down their stand and ensure that the court in use is clean. This includes the removal of any adhesive materials used to secure cables or any such material to the floors.  If it is found that this has not been executed the costs resulting from the restoration thereof shall be deducted from the Security Deposit;

Windows and entrances of surrounding stores are not to be obstructed as a result of your display or promotion;

The traffic flow of our valued shoppers must not be obstructed as a result of your display or promotion;

No flyers, brochures, pamphlets or any such material may be handed out at any point in the centre or the car park, other than in the demarcated area as per "Annexure A";

Should you supply any electrical cables, these should be taped down with either "Red" or "Yellow" Duct Tape in order to prevent any shoppers tripping over the cables;

No posters or flyers are to be stuck to any walls or windows;

Representatives from your organization may not at any stage during your event or promotion roam the malls approaching shoppers, nor may they approach shoppers inside stores in the mall;
