There are three interactive iPoint directional signage units situated throughout the mall.

For any assistance in using these, or just finding your way around, ask one of our friendly staff members.

Baby Change Rooms
For your convenience, a number of baby change rooms are available at the restrooms on the upper and lower levels.

Moms & Tots Parking
Specially demarcated, extra wide parking bays are situated on the lower parking level, close to Entrance 1.

Moms and dads with babies or toddlers with prams and all the associated paraphernalia are welcome to make use of these facilities!

Disabled facilities and parking
Vincent Park offers accessibility and convenience for all of our shoppers.

Disabled parking bays are situated on the lower level, close to Entrance 1 and on the upper level close to Entrance 3 (near the food court).

Specifically suited restroom facilities are available on the upper and lower levels. Two elevators within the mall provide wheelchair access between floors.
