What's it all about?

Being a Vincinity Member means:

• YOU are the first to hear about how to win amazing prizes.
• YOU get the inside scoop on latest promotions.
• YOU will be invited to special events and shows.
• YOUR kids can join the Kid's Club.
• YOU can earn points when you visit at Vincent Park.
• YOU can earn points when you attend events.
• YOU can redeem points for exclusive Vincent Park items.
• YOU can redeem points for exclusive entries into competitions.

How it works:

• After joining the My Vincinity loyalty program you will receive a permanent My Vincinity card. If you joined the scheme and received a temporary card be sure to collect your permanent card from the info desk at Vincent Park.
• You can now start earning points. To earn points swipe your card every time you visit Vincent Park at the swipe station located near the Info Desk, you will earn 50 points everytime you visit the mall and swipe your card, but remember only 1 swipe per day counts. You can also earn points for attending special Vincent Park events and on double points days, we'll let you know about these by sms and email so be sure we have your correct email addresses and cell phone numbers.
• To check your points visit your Vincinity profile page, you can update your details here too. To login in to your profile simply go to the Vincinity section of the website and select login from the Vincinity menu. Be sure you login to your profile 4 times a month and you will earn 50 points each time.

Spending your points:

• To redeem or spend your points you need to login into your Vincinity profile page, this is where you will enter and redeem your points for fantastic competitions and exclusive Vincent Park items. We will let you know about new competitions by email and sms and you will then be able to go to your profile page to enter.
• Entering is easy and you can enter as many times as you like provided you have enough points. Every time you enter your points total will go down so make sure you keep swiping to earn more points. Competitions will be advertised on your profile page and if you would like to enter into them all you need to do is click the button on the competition to redeem your points.
• Redeeming your points for special exclusive Vincent Park items works in the same way as entering competitions. The first special items will be coming soon and we will let you know by sms and email when you can start redeeming for them.
